Abstract
Effects of different factors, such as treating time, temperature, concentrations of substrate and enzyme,on efficiency of enzymatic hydrolysis of corn stalk by cellulose were studied. The orthogonal test with 5 factors and 4 levels was applied. The results showed that significance of factors ordered as follows:reaction temperaturehydrolysis timeconcentration of substrateshaking speedconcentration of enzyme. The optimum conditions for degradation of corn stalk with cellulase were:reaction temperature of 55℃,hydrolysis time of 48h,concentration of substrate of 2%, shaking speed of 130r/min,enzyme concentration 200U/g.The research provided reference for biological utilization of corn stalk.
