Clinical Analysis of Duhuojisheng Decoction in the Treatment of Primary Osteoporosis with Low Back Pain

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Duhuojisheng decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis with low back pain. Methods 82 cases of primary osteoporosis with low back pain were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 41 cases in each group, cases in control group were given routine western medicine treatment, based on this cases in observation group were treated by Duhuojisheng decoction, compared the clinical effect. Results The total effective rate of cases in observation group was 92.7%, significantly higher than that in control group(75.6%), there was significant difference between two groups(P0.05). Conclusion Taking Duhuojisheng Decoction in the treatment of primary osteoporosis with low back pain has reliable clinical effect, it is worthy of further clinical application.
