Abstract

There have been many statements about the relationship between the anti-unfair competition law and the intellectual property law, most of which focus on the issue of Which includes which. This article tries to start with the localization of the legislation of property title, discussing the original impact of the reverse and obligation legislation on anti-unfair competition law. Outside the right, anti-unfair competition law makes the restriction to the abuse of intellectual property law. Hereby the combination of the two laws will effectively prevent the intellectual property law from being incomplete and find an equation point among the obligees, competitors and the public.
