Anti-Unfair Competition Law and Intellectual Property

Anti-unfair competition law establishes the basic principle of intellectual property law.Based on this viewpoint,we try to explain some complex problems in intellectual property law,such as the difference between the right in specific intellectual property law and the right in anti-unfair competition law.In intellectual property law system, anti-unfair competition law can remedy the loophole of specific intellectual property law,solve the conflict among the specific intellectual property rights,explain rules of specific intellectual property law and give birth to new rules of intellectual property law.So anti-unfair competition law is the growing point of intellectual property law.
