Abstract

The relation between anti-unfair competition law and intellectual property law is a disputed topic.There are series of regulations concerning anti-unfair competition under pacts of the international intellectual property,but they can not change the legal property that the anti-unfair competition law belongs to economic law.The author uses WIPO 1996 Model Regulations on the Protection of Anti-Unfair Competition for reference to perfect anti-unfair competition law from providing complementary protection for intellectual property aspect.
