Abstract
Based on chicken interferon-gamma(chicken IFN-γ) cDNA sequence published by GenBank,a pair of special primers were designed by computer software.A 495bp DNA fragment was amplified by RT-PCR using total RNA template extracted from chicken spleen lymphocyte that stimulate 24 hour by 1 milligram per milliliter concentration CoA.In order to identify this gene, the nucleotide was sequenced and compared with existing data in the GenBank published by Weining,K.C.The result indicated this chicken IFN-γ gene included an open reading frame(ORF) which encoded 164 amino acids residues, and had a 100% homology with chicken IFN-γ gene in GenBank,DNAstar soft analyze antigenicity of the chicken IFN-γ protein. The result shows the chicken IFN-γ protein has beter immunogenic.
