Thinking About the Promotion of Employment of Graduates from Local Universities

Along with the high-speed propulsion of Higher Education Popularization,the problem of employment of graduates has become a focus of public concern.The article analyzed the development of local universities and the problems that exist in graduates' employment,and it discussed that local universities how to integrate with the market requirement and need of regional economies development,how to promote the employment of graduates from local universities to service for the local social economic development,from following areas such as adjusting structure of specialties,intensifying its cooperation with corporations,ameliorating the employment service system and enhancing the competitiveness of graduates.
