Exploration of nasal passage fenestration for fungal maxillary sinusitis

Objective Explore the clinical effect of the nasal passages maxillary sinus fenestration treatment of fungal sinusitis,under the treatment of the intranasal endoscopic middle meatus maxillary sinus fenestration jointly.Methods Adopt the method of the intranasal endoscopic middle meatus maxillary sinus fenestration jointly,surgerical treatment of 20 cases of pathologically confirmed fungal sinusitis,and compare it with 20 cases of only using the middle meatus maxillary sinus fenestration in the treatment of confirmed fungal sinusitis.Results Follow up half year,all the 20 cases are cured,compared with the other 6 cases relapse.Conclusions Fungal sinusitis is refractory chronic sinusitis,the comprehensive treatment of middle meatus maxillary sinus fenestration jointly meatus maxillary sinus fenestration is effective and significant.
