Analysis on the effect of natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation combined with inferior nasal meatus fenestration in non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation combined with inferior nasal meatus fenestration in non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis.METHODS 154 patients with non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis in our hospital from August 2008 to October 2011 were selected as research subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group(natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation group)77 cases and observation group(natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation combined with inferior nasal meatus fenestration group)77 cases,then the total effective rate,recurrence rate,incidence of complications and serum MDA,SOD,erythrocyte immune function before and after the treatment of two groups were detected and compared.RESULTS The total effective rate was higher than that of control group,recurrence rate was lower than that of control group,serum MDA,SOD,erythrocyte immune function were all better than those of control group,all P﹤0.05,and the incidence of complications of two groups had no significant differences,P﹥0.05.CONCLUSION The effect of natural endoscopic ostium of maxillary sinus augmentation combined with inferior nasal meatus fenestration in non-invasive fungal maxillary sinusitis is better,and the treatment for the patients is more radical,the comprehensive situation of patients is better.
