Nursing intervention of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy perinatal

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on pregnant outcomes of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods A total of 80 patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to January 2012 were selected.40 cases enrolled in the hospital before the launch of comprehen sive nursing intervention were subjected as the control group,while 40 cases enrolled after the launch of comprehen sive nursing intervention were subjected as the intervention group.The control group was given conventional nursing care in perinatal period,the intervention group was given comprehensive nursing intervention of perinatal predictability based on the control group.A comparative analysis of relevant indicators of two groups of patients was conducted.Results Total effective rate of the intervention group was 100.00% while that of the control group was 87.50%.The dif ference of the total effective rate was statistically significant(P 0.05).PAC out of self-affirmation and future prospects score of intervention group were statistically higher than the control group(P 0.05),rate of preterm birth,cesarean section and postpartum hemorrhage of intervention group were statistically lower than those in control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Perinatal predictable comprehensive nursing intervention can improve the positive feelings and clinical effect of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension.It also improves the pregnancy outcomes and make the patients safely through the pregenancy.
