The effect of induced hypertension patients with nursing intervention

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on patients with pregnancy induced hypertension.Methods 96 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,48 cases in each group,the control group was given conventional nursing care,the intervention were given comprehensive nursing intervention,evaluated the effect of nursing intervention.Results Maternal preeclampsia and eclampsia incidence in intervention group were significantly lower than that of control group(P 0.05),in intervention group maternal birth rate was higher than control group,whereas cesarean section rate was lower than that in control group,the difference between two groups had statistically significant(P0.05),Apagar score was also better than control group,the difference had statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Carry out effective nursing intervention to pregnancy induced hypertension can control the development of diseases,reduce the incidence of complications,ensure safety,improve the obstetric level and maternal survival quality.
