Abstract
Objective: Study interrelationship of liver depression and estrogen in perimenopausal syndrome. Methods: 150 cases of the perimenopausal syndrome were randomly observed,50 healthy women as control.Using of syndrome elements differentiation, observed the relationship of liver depression and estrogen level. Results: Liver depression scores of perimenopausal syndrome, the observation groups were significantly heavier than the control group(P0.01).Liver depression pathological change of perimenopausal syndrome, the observation groups were significantly heavier than the control group(P0.01).It was liver depression positively correlated with FSH,LH and FSH/LH,and negatively correlated with E2,in perimenopausal syndrome menstrual disorders and menopausal. Conclusion: Liver depression is one of the cores of pathogenesisa in the perimenopausal syndrome, which is positively correlated with FSH,LH and FSH/LH,and negatively correlated with E2 Levels.
