A study on agricultural economic structural adjustment of Gansu province

Nowadays it has already been a mainstream to strengthen growth of rural economy and farmers?income to upgrade the structures of both agriculture and rural economy in Gansu province, however, deep exploration has shown that adjusting agricultural structure can only play a very limited role in terms of increasing farmers?income due to more and more diversification of rural economy. Analysis suggested that main directions for adjustment of agriculture and rural economy should be focused on: strengthening the development of secondary and tertiary industries in rural area; combining the urbanization with these development, especially for tertiary industry.
