An Analysis on the Relevance of the Export of Labor Services and the Socio-economic Development in Gansu Rural Areas

Nowadays,how to transfer the rural labor force effectively,speed up the pace of urbanization and settle thethree nongissue thoroughly has become a focus in our community.Gansu is a less-developed agricultural province which has a poor agricultural production conditions,more surplus rural labor,prominent conflict of urban-rural dual structure and the slow increase of farmers' income.They have become bottlenecks to resolve the three nong issue in Gansu.As a result,a current analysis on the relation between the export of labor services and the rural socio-economic development in Gansu rural areas is particularly important to explore the strategy of Gansu rural economic development in the new era.
