Abstract
In order to master the occurrence of wheat leaf blotch and evaluate resistance of wheat cultivars(lines) in Henan Province from 2005 to 2007,49 wheat cultivars(lines) were selected and their resistance to wheat leaf blotch were identified.The results showed that all the tested materials were infected by pathogen,but the infection degree was obvious different among the tested materials in different years,the disease ratios and indexes of 2005 and 2007 were both higher than those of 2006.Among 49 tested materials,no immune cultivar(line) was found;40 wheat cultivars(lines) showed resistance to the wheat leaf blotch,account for 81.63 % of the total materials,among which 11 wheat cultivars(lines) showed high-resistance and 29 wheat cultivars(lines) showed moderate resistance.9 cultivars(lines) were susceptive to wheat leaf blotch,account for 18.37 % of the total materials,among which 6 wheat cultivars(lines) showed moderate susceptivity and 3 wheat cultivars(lines) showed high-susceptibility.The results indicated that most of the tested materials were resistant to wheat leaf blotch,a few were highly susceptive to the wheat leaf blotch.
