On Current Situation and Trend of Labor Dispute in China

Abstract
Since the lack of clear comprehension of current situation and trend of labor dispute in China,the reform of mechanism of labor dispute settlement is rather blindness and short of arrangement planning as a whole.The current settlement mechanism only can deal with a small part of labor disputes.There are many mediation organs at grass-roots level but they are short of attraction.Although the arbitration organs have become the main force of labor dispute settlement,the organizational construction lagged behind seriously.Courts are more and more involved in labor dispute settlement but the specialization construction of court lagged behind.
