On the Innovation of the Mode of Settlement of Labor Dispute in China

Abstract

To build harmonious labor relations is an inherent requirement of building up a harmonious society.It depends on an active,promising and operating effectively mode of settlement of labor dispute.Since one-sided emphasized the nature of private law of labor dispute,the mode of settlement of labor dispute in China has been faced with some dilemma.We should make innovation of the mode of settlement of labor dispute,separately adopt civil suit,administrative suit and compelling labor arbitration according to different nature of labor dispute.
