Reflection on Improvement of China's Labor Dispute Settlement System

Labor relation is one of the basic social relationships in the world.As the interest of the labor sides is opposite,labor disputes have always been in existence.China's current labor dispute settlement system was born in the process of transformation from the traditional planned economy to the socialist market economic system.With the development of China's socialist market economy and the deepening reform of the economics,many problems have arisen in the system construction and practice of the current labor dispute settlement system.The paper aims at accelerating the reform and improvement of China's current labor dispute settlement system so as to adapt to the needs of the socialist market economic development by reflecting on China's current labor dispute settlement system.
