Abstract

Objective:To investigate mycoplasma infection and drug resistance in out patients with STD in the local area. Methods:The mycoplasma kits were used and 1824 specimens of the patients in 2006 and 2480 specimens in 2008 were collected, cultured and tested for drug sensitivity. Results:The infection rate of female was higher than that of male. The positive rate of ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu) in mycoplasma infection was 81.85% and it holds important position. The drug resistance rates of Mycoplasma to 9 antibiotics were all in a rising tendency and they are all over 10%.Conclusion:Drug resistance of mycoplasma to antibiotics rises year on year.To treat the mycoplasma, antibiotics should be reasonably used according to the drug sensitivity test.
