Clinical effects of aspirin combine with low-molecular-weight heparin treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the clinical effects of aspirin combine with low-molecular-weight heparin treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 94 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,each group of 47 cases.The control group patients were treated by aspirin combine with citicoline,the observation group were treated by low-molecular-weight heparin on the basis of the control group.The scores of CSS,the clinical effects and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group(97.87%) were higher than that of the control group(80.85%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The scores of CSS in 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks for the two groups posttreatment were better than those of the prior treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The scores of CSS in 1 week,2 weeks,3 weeks,4 weeks for the observations group posttreatment were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).There were no serious adverse reaction occurred in two groups of patients.Conclusion The clinical effects of aspirin combine with low-molecular-weight heparin treatment of acute cerebral infarction is high, and it can improve the scores of CSS,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
