Abstract

[Objective] To study the effectiveness and security of Aspirin plus Low-molecular weight heparin in the treatment of early acute cerebral infarction. [Methods] Eighty-five patient with acute cerebral infarction within 6~24 h of episode and muscle strength under level 3,were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (n=50) was treated with aspirin plus Low-molecular weight heparin; The control group (n=35) was treated with aspirin alone, the nerve function deficit scores was observed, and the coagulant function and the risk of cerebral hemorrhage were tested. [Results] There were no significant differences in coagulant function and the risk of cerebral hemorrhage between the two groups before treatment and after treatment(P 0.05); There were siginificant differences between the two groups in neurological deficit scores (P 0.05). [Conclusion] Aspirin plus Low-molecular weight heparin in the treatment of early acute cerebral infarction is better than aspirin alone, and it is an safe therapy.
