Abstract

This paper discusses meanings of developing the enterprise culture and expounds the active role of developing the enterprise culture to the enterprise's development. Structure of the enterprise culture contains three stages:spiritual level,material level and institutional level. This paper analyzes functions of enterprise culture and brings measures and ways of developing the enterprise culture under new situation.
