Abstract
Objective By studying the change of blood CK,CK-MB in schizophrenia levels,to explore its correlation with starting male schizophrenia. Methods Selected group of 103 cases of starting male schizophrenia as experimental group,112 cases of healthy people as control group,were determined from each CK,CK-MB in serum level changes.Results 1 experimental blood CK,CK-MB level is significantly higher than control group( P 0. 05); 2 in the experimental group,with the increase of effective treatment,serum CK,CK-MB level gradually reduced( P 0. 05). Conclusion Serum CK,CK-MB in starting male schizophrenia high expression,especially the positive symptoms,can be used as schizophrenia treatment effect evaluation indicators,worthy of clinical attention.
