Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of invigorating the spleen and kidney beneifiting qi and nourishing yin on the prescription to STZ-DM diabetes for decreasing blood glucose and its mechanism.Methods:High-sugar high-fat diet for 4 weeks after the single intraperitoneal injection of STZ solution,manufacturing diabetic rat model,detection 10,20,30 days after treatment the changes in FBG were observed after treatment in each group in general,detection of liver glycogen,liver histopathology.Results:Delivery 30 days,the group can significantly reduce high blood sugar levels,compared with the effect of the treatment group significantly (P0.01);After treatment,the high group in liver glycogen content is higher than the treatment group (P0.01).liver tissue pathologye high treatment groups showed significant improvement.Conclusion:The method could improve the quality of life in rats,and the DM of rat's FBG had been controlled;At the same time,increase the STZ-DM rat model of liver glycogen content,and on the STZ-DM rats has a protective role in liver.
