Abstract
Objective To establish a method for determination of sodium chloride in puerarin and sodium chloride injection by potentiometric titration. Methods There was a silver electrode was used as indicator electrode,a double salt bridge SCE was used as reference electrode, and 0.1 mol/L silver nitrate was used as titrate. The contents of sodium chloride in puerarin and sodium chloride injection were determined by potentiometric titration. Results The calibration curve was linearity in the range of 4.50-108.06 mg and with correlation coefficient of 1.000,the average recovery was 99.0%,the relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.3%.Conclusion This method is quick, accurate and noninterference, and it can be adopted for quality control of puerarin and sodium chloride injection.
