Abstract

Extraordinary development and credit expansion of shadow banking system is one of the important reasons of global financial crisis.This paper studies content and operation mechanism of shadow bank system,analyzes the related financial regulatory reform measures of major western countries after the crisis,proposes suggestions on the development of China's financial system on the basis of China's status quo of the shadow banking system.
