Abstract

Shadow banking system is a byproduct of the financial innovation and regulatory changes in Europe and America over the past 30 years.The thesis analyzes the development and regulation status quo of the shadow banking system in both China and foreign countries,and then raises corresponding regulation policy suggestions based on the current situation of the domestic financial market
