Abstract
With the development of financial reform,the shadow banking has become an important part of China's financial system.This paper,by summarizing the formation of China's shadow banking,analyzes the impact of the shadow banking on China's financial system and the influence of shadow banking on monetary policy by using the dynamic IS-LM model,and then puts forward some policy-related suggestions.
