Abstract

Objective:To explore relationship between the level of serum antibody anti-A( B) IgG titer and antibody subgroup of pregnant woman with ABO blood group incompatibility and hemolytic disease of newborn(ABO-HDN).Method:The level of blood group antibody anti-A( B) IgG titer and antibody subgroup were examined in 1622 pregnant with O blood group and the effect of medicine prevention of HDN was observed.Result:245 cases of 1622 pregnant women showed the level of serum antibody anti-A( B) IgG titer ≥ 1/64, accounted for 15.1%, The incidence of ABO-HDN increased along with the higher of IgG anti-A( B) titer. The Chinese herbal medicine prevention was effective to HDN.Conclusion:Anti-A( B) IgG titer ≥ 1/64 in Pregnant women should be treated with medcine. The level of blood group immunity antibody of IgG and the incidence of HDN was in proportion. Major ABO-HDN subgroup belong to antibody with IgG1 and IgG2. The HDN can be predicted,Medicine prevention was safe and valid.
