Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of defibrase on hemorheology of patients with infarct in acute stage.It may provide evidence to the clinical using of defibrase.Methods At the onset 24h cases were treated with defibrase.Detected the hemorheology before therapy and 3,7,14 day after therapy.Results There were decreased level of fibrinogen,viscosity of whole blood and plasma,accumulating index of red blood cell,hematocrit.Conclusion Defibris could decrease fibrinogen,inhibit red blood cell accumulating,decrease viscosity of whole blood,as a result improved microcirculation.
