Abstract
Objective:To explore effect of defibrase on acute cerebral infarction and hemorheological indexes.Methods:Selected 60 cases with acute cerebral infarction,randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Employed venous injection of 250 mL saline and 10 U defibrase on the first day to patients in treatment group,and 5 U defibrase with 250 mL saline on the 2nd and 3rd day.While gave 500 mL dextran and 20 mL Complex Dashen injection to control group for 1 week.Results:Total efficacy was 86.7% in treatment group,significantly higher than control group(60%).Hemorheological indexes including fibrinogen,hematocrit(HCT),whole blood viscosity were markedly improved after treatment.Conclusion:Defibrase can significantly decrease fibrinogen,improve whole blood viscosity,and decrease disability rate.With little side effect,it is effective on acute cerebral infarction.
