Abstract
Objective To simultaneously determine the contents of five active components in Lonicera japonica Thunb by HPLC method. Methods The separation of five ingredients was achieved on a Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)with gradient elution using solvents of acetonitrile and 0.4% phosphoric acid, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The detective wave length was at 350 nm,and the inpouring volume was 10 μL.Results The recovery rate was in the range of 97.5%~100.2%,and the compounds showed good linearity(r≥0.999 3)in a detection range. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive, accurate and reproducible,it can be used to control the quality of Lonicera japonica Thunb.
