Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Compound Lonicera Granules.METHODS The HPLC method was used. The sample was analyzed on an Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6 mm ×150 mm,5 μm)column at room temperature, with mobile phase consisting of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid by gradient eluteion at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The wavelength was at 324 nm.RESULTS The regression equation of chlorogenic acid was linear in the range of 0.86~41.28 mg·L-1(r=0.999 9)(ρ=40 282A-13.106,r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 100.14%(RSD=1.26%).The regression equation of baicalin was linear in the range of 0.98-47.04 mg·L-1(ρ=22 664A-13.889,r=0.999 5).The average recovery was 100.06%(RSD=1.39%).CONCLUSION The method was stable and accurate. It is suitable to determine chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Compound Lonicera Granules.
