Abstract
High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was used to determine the content of rutin in Lonicera japonica Thunb.Chromatograph condition are as below: Zorbax RP-C18 Chromatography column(150×4.6 mm,5 μm);mobile phase: acetonitrile: 0.3% phosphonic acid = 15: 85(v/v);flow rate: 0.6 mL/min;λ=300nm.The linearity of calibration curve was in the range of 0.00084 μg/mL-0.00021μg/mL,and the average recovery rate was 97.7% with RSD=1.93%.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
