Abstract

This paper is the introduction of one project of the 11th national five-year-plan of key Science and technology Key technology research of water resources operation for middle route Project of South to North Water Diversion. Demands for scientific, rational, highly efficient, convenient and fast water resources operation to get the maximum benefits in economy, society, entironment after completion of first phase of South to North Water Diversion Project are analyzed. The goal of the research, general framework, implementing program and main tasks are put forward.
