Abstract
The Middle Route Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion,aimed at providing water for cities,agriculture and environment,is a super-large diversion project under construction in China with complicated management due to plenty of construction sites as well as the long construction line.Owing to various reasons,the construction progress is much behind of schedule.In order to decrease loss of progress and meet the pre-plan,scientific progress control methods are adopted and good effects are achieved.
