Abstract
Objective To study the pharmacokinetics of ibuprofen sustained release capsule after taking single dosage and multiple dosages. Methods The plasma concentrations of 10 subjects were determined by HPLC after oral taking 600mg ibuprofen sustained release capsule. The pharmacokinetic parameters were gotten from 3P87 program. Results The release capsule after taking single dosage and multiple dosages were as follow; C max were (27.05±4.94)μg/ml and (30.66±4.67) μg/ml respectively; T max were (4.4±0.70)h and (3.7±0.67)h respectively; AUC were (170.51±35.89)h·μg/ml and (176.08±18.88) h·μg/ml respectively. The factor of fluctuation was 1.49.Conclusion The ibuprofen sustained release capsule has sustained release effect.
