Abstract

Objective:To observe the interrelated clinical therapeutic index of yupingbushen Decoction on no ST evatation acute coronary syndrome.Methods:80 patients of suffered with no ST evatation acute coronary syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.The patients in the control group were treated with general therapeutic methods,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with yupingbushen Decoction one dose every day besides general therapeutic methods.28 days as a therapy course.Results:There was better therapeutic effect rates in the treatment group than that of control group,and reduced Hs-CRP,D-D and Fbg leve and improved LVEF had obvious difference.Conclusion:Yupingbushen Decoction has good clinical therapeutic effect to no ST evatation acute coronary syndrome,and needed to be researched further.
