Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Guanmaining in Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

Objective:To analyze the effect of Huoxue Huayu Decoction combined with Guanmaining in the treatment of acute coronary syndrome.Methods:240 cases with acute coronary syndrome patients met the syndrome diagnosis standard in January 2008-December 2012 in our hospital,were randomly divided into the observation group and 120 cases in the control group.The patients in control group received routine treatment.The observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with Guanmaining based on the conventional treatment.The clinical curative effect was observed.Results:The clinical total effective rate in the observation group was 92.5%,and the clinical evaluation score was 23.6 ± 7.8,adverse reaction was 5.8%,the average TESS score was(1.4 ± 0.7).Compared with patients in the control group,there was significant difference(P0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with Guanmaining has better safety and reliable effect,and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of acute coronary syndrome patients,and it is worthy of clinical popularization.
