Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound on the diagnosis of caesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Thirty-three patients diagnosed as caesarean scar pregnancy by transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound were retrospectively analyzed. The diagnostic results were all confirmed by surgery and pathological test. The ultrasonographic images by three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound and two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound were analyzed. Results Among these caesarean scar pregnancy cases, the diagnostic accordance rate by transvaginal two-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound was 75.76% and by transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound reached 90.90%,with a statistical difference(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the diagnosis of exogenous or endogenic pure gestational sac mass by two-dimensional or three-dimensional ultrasound, but in the diagnosis of mixed type,three-dimensional ultrasound got the remarkable superiority. Conclusion In the diagnosis of caesarean scar pregnancy, transvaginal three-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound has its particular advantages. It can demonstrate the pathological lesion in multi-dimension,increase sonographer′s confidence, and improve the diagnostic efficiency of the disease.
