The Expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in the Development and Progress of Grastric Carcinoma and their Relations

Objective To research the expression of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E in gastric carcinoma and normal mucosa,and to debate the function in the development and progress of gastric carcinoma and their relations.Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method was carried to detect Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E among 62 cases of gastric carcinoma and 22 cases of normal gastric mucosa.Results ①The expressions of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E were higher than normal gastric mucosa,and the difference was significant(P0.05).②With the deep invasive degree,poorly differentiated and lymph node metastasis,the positive rate of Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E expression were enhanced(P0.05).③In gastric carcinoma,the expression of Cyclin D1 was correlated to the expression of Cyclin E(r=0.615,P0.01).Conclusion Cyclin D1 and Cyclin E were both involved in the development and progress of gastric carcinoma,they might be valuable labels to judge the malignant degree of gastric carcinoma and be prognostic labels.
