The Research of the Line Balancing Unde the Lean Production

Production line balancing is an important factor t affect the enterprise's development,the theory of the lea production is a practical feasible method to solve the problem o the production line balancing.This paper uses the theory of lea production to analyze the production line's five elements,find the cause of the bottleneck station,and the solution is propose to adjust the production line.It can reduce the enterprise's wast to the lowest,and achieve the goal of equating the operating load and improving the rate of the production line balancing.
