Study on the Application of Lean Production in the Production Line Improvement

By choosing the Carlisle tire company production workshop QC area as the research sample of improving the site so as to observe production line logistics,time measurement and to analyse and study of line balancing.Based on the management of the lean production theory,the integrated use of 5 w2h,ECRS,and economic analysis method,researchers lry to find out the reason of restricting the production capacity and utilization rate of equipment,and to optimize the operation content and production process.And to make the production line balance optimization,the optimization of production data before and after optimization are compared analysis,confirmed the theory of lean production in production line in the practical application feasibility and effectiveness.Studies show that lean production to optimize the production process,reduce waste,effectively improve the production efficiency,to achieve 5 m1e well contained.It is a kind of advanced management ideas effectively.
