Abstract
It describes the optimization of the Z11 T/F grinding filoplume production line based on the theory of production line balance and lean production. It analyzes the data and information exactly from the production line,measures the time of working procedures. Using IE methods of lean production and the principle of production line balance,it studies the bottleneck element,proposes the way to reduce the working time with the ECRS methods. It calculates the line efficiency and compares the results before and after improved. This method can enhance the productivity and balance the workload.
