Study of relationship between blood lipid and cerebral infarction.

Abstract

Objecive: To invetigate the relationship between level of blood lipid and the patients with cerebral infarc-tion. Methods: The levels of TC,TG, HDL, LDL and VLDL in 179 patients with cerebral infarction were measured and com-pared with the control group.Results:The levels of TC,TG,LDL were higher and the level of HDL was lower in the cerebral infraction group than that in the control group respectively(P0.05, P0.05, P0.01, P0.05) .Conclusion: The higher levels of TC,TG,LDL and the lower level of HDL are risk factors in patients with cerebral infarction.
