Abstract
OBJECTIVE Analysis of lipid levels in patients with cerebral infarction and the relationship between risk factors and correlation analysis. METHOD To 36 cases of cerebral infarction patients hospitalized with the same period 32 cases of non-infarction patients, 12-hour fasting blood sample to measure ox-LDL, TC, TG, HDL-C and LDL-C content. The lipid content of the two groups were observed and the cause of multiple cerebral infarction logistic stepwise regression analysis. RESULTS Experimental group compared with the control group, in ox-LDL, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C, the difference was statistically significant(P0.01); By logistic regression analysis, with the effects of descending cerebral infarction followed by ox-LDL , diabetes, high blood pressure and smoking. ox-LDL on the relative risk of cerebral infarction was 1.45. CONCLUSIONS Lipid levels and is closely related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction, the positive control of blood lipids for the prevention of the occurrence of cerebral infarction has an important significance.
