Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical significance of serum lipid detection in the patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: Serum lipids were measured in 99 patients with cerebral infarction, and compared with those in the normal control group.Results:Com-pared with normal control group, serum TC,TG,LDL-C in the patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher(P0.01),while serum HDL-C was significantly lower(P0.01),which showing statistical difference(P0.01).Conclusion:There exist the positive correla-tion between TC,TG,LDL-C with cerebral infarction and the negative correlation between HDL-C with cerebral infarction.Controlling the levels of serum lipid in normal range has active significance to prevention and cure of cerebral infarction.
