Abstract
This paper presents the integrated information platform frame of traffic management based on GIS-T, which is combined Geographic Information System with Transportation Information System. And the target of the system is to develop a real-time traffic management information platform based on network conditions by which most of the geographic information can be viewed. Herein, this paper introduces the functions, framework, software and hardware design of the GIS-T, in order to settle the basis for further research.
