Abstract
Taking the strains of Botrytis cinerea Pers as material, the action mechanism of the extraction from Xanthium sibiricum to Botrytis cinerea Pers were studied by observation and physio-biochemical methods. The results showed that the extraction from Xanthium sibiricum had obvious inhibition on hypha growth, formation and germination of spores of Botrytis cinerea Pers. When the concentration was 30 mg/mL,inhibiting rate to hypha growth of Botrytis cinerea Pers reached 78.1 %,the inhibiting rates to formation and germinate of the spores reached 85.1 % and 77.4 %.The extracts of Xanthium sibiricum could result in leakage of inclusion of mycelium and change of penetrability of cell membrane so as to make conductivity increase. In addition, the content of protein from Botrytis cinerea declined after a time under treatment.
