Research Review of Financing Problems for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in China

With the deepening of China's economic reform,small and micro enterprises play an increasingly important role,and financing difficulty of small and micro enterprises is the development bottleneck. The reasons for financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises are mainly due to their poor ability,financial opacity,lack of credit awareness; unsound financial market,single financing channel; poor services and imperfect legal environment of the government departments. Therefore,the construction of small and medium micro enterprises should be accelerated,,financial reform should be further promoted,the implementation of the support of small and medium enterprise development must be intensified so as to solve the financing difficulties of small and micro enterprises,and effectively promote their healthy development.
